ORDINANCE NO. 77 -451
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ESTABLISHING PERMIT INSPECTION FEE SCHE-
DULE FOR STREET REPAIRS PURSUANT TO
CHAPTER 1 OF ARTICLE VII OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 7102 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 7102. Fees. The fees payable for permits
pursuant to Ordinance 3597, as amended, of the County
of Los Angeles, shall be from time to time adopted by
resolution.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause
the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1977.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 77 -451, was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Temple City, held on the 2nd day of August, 1977, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City
Council held on the 16th day of August, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Greenberg
