ORDINANCE No. 26
ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE.
SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-519~
et. seq. as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE. KANSAS:
Section 1.
The following described land, to wit:
Part of the east 673 feet of the SE~ of Section 25, T26S, RlE,
6th P.M. Sedgwick County~ Kansas, lying south of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad and north of the south 1172.59 feet of said
SE quarter.
is hereby annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick County, Kansas
in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et. seq. as amended.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its publication in the official city newspaper.
