F) WORKSHOP 1) POLO CLUB RESIDENTIAL CONCEPT PLAN
K. Hovnanian Homes is seeking input and direction from the Village Board regarding its
proposed concept plan for the property known as the Polo Club. K Hovnanian is proposing a
senior living community branded as “Four Seasons”. The project would include detached single-family homes, ranch-style townhomes, and an apartment component. The applicant
will utilize feedback from the Board of Trustees on the proposed concept plan in considering
whether to pursue a formal development proposal.
2) SPECIAL EVENTS Staff will provide a presentation on the current status of Special Events within the Village.
3) 135TH STREET STUDY
4) RED LIGHT CAMERA PROGRAM Staff is presenting a review of the Village’s Red Light Camera Safety Program.
