A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR EXPENSES INCURRED
IN FULFILLING IOWA CODE CHAPTER 22 PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS.
WHEREAS,the Riverdale City Council recognizes the public's right to inspect public
documents as outlined in Iowa Code Chapter 22;
WHEREAS,the Riverdale City Council has incurred substantial expense to date in
fulfilling public records requests made pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 22; and
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Chapter 22 authorizes fees to be charged in fulfilling public
records requests.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Riverdale,
Iowa adopt the attached Fee Schedule for public records requests.
ADOPTED this 19th day of June 2007.
