Public Hearing
7. United Properties, Pettibone Properties — Site Plan, Preliminary Plat,
Variances, and Conditional Use Permit for construction of a commercial
development in the Uptown Hamel (UH) zoning district — 3575 Sioux Drive
(PID 12-118-23-41-0004). Public Hearing
8. Three Rivers Park District — Amended Conditional Use Permit for an addition
to a structure at the Near Wilderness Site — South of County Road 24, West
of Homestead Trail (PID 20-118-23-21-0003). Public Hearing (To be tabled
until March Planning Commission meeting)
