1. Airport Master Plan
Work on Chapter 6 “Development Alternatives” is underway. Approximately 15 drawings that will
illustrate future airport development are available at the website: https://www.to-
engineersprojectinfo.com/jobs/1550/details/mccall-municipal-airport-master-plan, and will be
presented at a future City Council meeting.
2. FY21 Airport Improvement Project (AIP) – East-West Taxiway
The grant application has approved by Council and Staff is currently waiting on the Fed Aviation
Admin for the grant offer.
3. Airport Open House
Planning for the 2021 Airport Open House is now underway. The Open House is scheduled for
Saturday, June 26th from 8:00 a.m. until noon.
4. Airfield Maintenance
Runway Markings - Runway markings will be repainted this year, no date has been set.
Runway Repairs - Minor runway pavement repairs are being coordinated for this spring with City
Staff. More substantial repairs – such as crack sealing, seal coating and final markings – will be
described in the Capital Improvements chapter of the Airport Master Plan.
Taxiway Repairs - Crack sealing on taxiway B-1 will occur sometime in the Spring. Other taxiways
are being considered for crack sealing.
