ORDINANCE NO. 78 -456
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ADDING A
NEW SECTION 1200A TO THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO INFRACTIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. A new Section 1200A of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby added to read as follows:
Sec. 1200A. Same--Infractions.--
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 36900 of the Califor-
nia Government Code, the first violation by any person of
any of the following provisions of the Temple City Municipal
Code shall be deemed "infractions ", while any subsequent
violations shall be deemed a "misdemeanor ":
A) Violations of fence heights (Sec. 9363, 9316- 9319).
B) Violations of site nuisances (Sec. 4230 et seq.)
C) Violations of on- premises parking (Sec. 9332, 9351,
9361) .
D) Violations of garage conversion (Sec. 9333(6),
9353(6), 9362(2)(g), 9332(1)(a).
E) Violations of garage sales (Sec. 4250 et seq.).
F) Violations of home occupations (Sec.9117(H)(6).
G) Violations of animal control (Sec. 3600 et seq.).
H) V5rlations of park regulations (Sec. 3500 - 3588).
I) Violations of sign regulations (Sec.9320- 9329).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and shall
cause it to be published as required by law.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City at
a regular meeting held on the 7th day of February , 1978 ,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Atkins, Dennis, Greenberg, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
