Home My Public Portal AboutAddendum No. 2 to Contract No. 183-2011 with Pedro FelicianoADDENDUM ItTHIS AD ENDUM, (Number 2 to Contract No. 183-2011) is made and entered into this day of , 2013, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal corporation acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 51' Street, Richmond, Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Pedro Feliciano, d/b/a Preventive Maintenance Services, 129 South Yh Street, Richmond, IN 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 183-2011 on December 31, 2012, which contract is incorporated by reference as well as Addendum Number I to said Contract on November 15, 2012 (effective as of January 1, 2013) which Addendum is also incorporated by reference and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Contract No. 183-2011 contains an option to renew which the City wishes to exercise for the 2014 calendar year; and WHEREAS, City wishes to retain Contractor to continue providing services in connection with preventive maintenance, oil changes, brake repairs, tire changes, and other miscellaneous minor repairs to Rose View Transit's fleet of buses and vans during the course of the 2014 calendar year within the scope of Contract No. 183-2011. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: Contractor shall continue to provide services in connection with preventive maintenance, oil changes, brake repairs, tire changes, and other miscellaneous minor repairs to Rose View Transit's fleet of buses and vans as identified within Contract No. 183-2011 for the 2014 calendar year at the rate set forth in Addendum Number I to said Contract. Such services shall be performed in a manner consistent with Contract No. 183-2011, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. 2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions and covenants contained in Contract No. 183-2011, shall be applicable to the work performed pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant conflicts with this Addendum, in which case this Addendum shall be controlling. 3. Both parties agree that Contract No. 183-2011 and its Addendum Number I shall remain intact and unchanged. Addendum No. 2 to Contract No. 183-2011 Page 1 of 2 4.
