HomeMy Public PortalAbout026-2007 - Rezoning - 900 Catalpa DriveDEFEATED 5/7/07 ORDINANCE 26-2007 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 900 Catalpa Drive and legally described as follows, to wit: PT NE SEC 20-14-1037A PT NE SEC 2-14-1 0203A TIF as a R-2 as outlined on Exhibit A; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a C-2 Commercial District for an unspecific use but because it currently fronts the new road behind Speedway and is nearly '/2 zoned commercial. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2 Commercial District.
