HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrdinance 78-460ORDINANCE NO, 78 -460 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO: 75 -412 OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE LOS ANGELES COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 11558, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No.. 75 -412 is amended be adopting by reference Los Angeles. County Ordinance No. 11558. SECTION 2. Section 82 -8 (a) of Ordinance No. 11,096 is amended to read: Permits For issuing permits, each $ 7.00 SYSTEM FEE SCHEDULE (Note: Thelbllowing do not include permit issuing fee.) New Residential Building The following fees shall include all wiring and electrical equipment in or on each, building, or other electrical equipment on the same premises constructed at the same time., For new multi- family residentail buildings (apartments and condominiums) having three (3) or more living units including . attached and subterranean garages, carports, and other noncommercial automobile storage areas constructed at the same time, per square foot - -- .02 For detached garages, carports, And other accessory buildings usd UNIT FEE SCHEDULE For new single and two - family residential buildings including garages, carports . and other minor accessory buildings constr -ucted at, the:same time, per square foot .025 For other types of residential occupancies and alterations, additions and modifications to existing residential buildings, use UNIT FEE SCHEDULE. Private Swimming Pools For new private, residential, in- ground, swimming pools for single family, multi- family occupancies including a complete system of necessary branch circuit wiring, bonding, grounding, underwater lighting, water pumping and other similar electrical equipment directly related to the operation of a swimming pool, each 25.00 For other types of swimming pools, therapeutic whirlpools, spas, and alterations to existing swimming pools, use UNIT FEE SCHEDULE.
