A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM C-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO C-2, SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2510 Chester
Boulevard and legally described as follows, to wit:
P1 NE, Sec. 20-14-1 0.724 A Subj to 0.184 A R/W
as a C-2 Commercial District as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a C-2 Special Use District in order to allow the owner to use said real estate as a
convenience store with fuel sales.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2, Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 7th day of May, 2007, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
