Resolution authorizing the establishment of a Road Fund.
Whereas the City of Riverdale must maintain and replace road infrastructure over time,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIVERDALE, IOWA,that a fund, named Road Fund, will be held within the assets of
the City of Riverdale.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF JANUARY 2007.
