CITY OF RIVERDALE OPEN RECORDS DELEGATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Iowa Code Section 22.1(2), the City of Riverdale desires to delegate the
responsibility for implementing the requirements of Iowa Code Chapter 22, which deals with
public records, to particular officials or employees and to publicly announce the particular officials
or employees.
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, as the Lawful Custodian of public records, desires to name the
Mayor and the City Clerk as the parties responsible for implementing the requirements of Iowa
Code Chapter 22.
BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and the City Clerk are delegated the responsibility for
implementing the requirements of Iowa Code Chapter 22.
These rules and regulations may be amended or modified by further resolution of the City of
Riverdale at anytime.
