AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 9329 OF THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO OUTDOOR ADVERTISING STRUCTURES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council, after proceeding as required
by law, hereby amends Section 9329 of the Temple City Zoning
Ordinance to read as follows:
Sec. 9329. Outdoor Advertising Structure
Outdoor advertising structures are specifically pro-
hibited in all zones of the City except where ex-
plicitly authorized. In particular, such outdoor
advertising structures are prohibited in all residential
and commercial zones.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and shall cause it to be published as required by law.
