The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. in Medina Village Hall by
Chairman William Botnan. Members present: Walter Kohnen, William Botnan,
Gerald Dykhoff.
John Kohnen would like to build a home on the Willis Kohnen farm. The
Commission stated that the home may be built, without platting, if it is
built as part of tt_e farm complex; but if it is built far away from the
farm complex, it met be platted. butxxx c There shoulO, be a definite
boundary between the new house and the other buildings°,
Don DesLauriers woi:ld like to build an apartment house on their farm
near Hamel. The Planning Commission did not rule on tiis but will study
it further.
William Mills and Ion Coulter represented the Time DevAopment Corporation
concerning their Flans for the future Hussman Addition. Archie Carter
stated the problemss he had found in looking over the plans. The main
problem seemed to be a sewerage and drainage problem. It was mentioned
using blacktop aa2e41 of escrow. It was decided they would walk the
ground on Saturday, February 20, starting at 9:00 a.m. The Planning
Commission receives a check of $337 as a filing fee from the Time Develop-
ment Corporation.
The Planning Commission discussed bonding wells and segert aI1erS-.
Gerald Dykhoff made the motion that the meeting be adjourned. Walter
Kohnen seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
