AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE STREET TREE COMMISSION.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana that
Section 97.02 of the Richmond City Code, concerning the membership of the Street Tree
Commission, be amended as follows:
By substituting "The Street Commissioner" in lieu of "The Director of Public Works".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana this
