Thank you for your follow up regarding the discussion on August 13th with Seattle ADO and
Airports Division staff.
As the sponsor of the Airport you have authority and responsibility to operate and maintain
the airport as you determine is in the best interest of your aviation needs within the
framework of all Airport Improvement Program grant assurances and obligations. However,
please note that we have not reviewed or concurred in a contract that would provide airport
management services through a consultant who is also providing both general city
engineering services and consultant services in support of the Airport Improvement Program
(AI P).
