A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA
SALA LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA
AT 3232 JASPER AVE NW, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2013.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by Bella Sala located with the corporate city limits of
Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for Bella Sala, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority,
approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
WHEREUPON, On the 12th day of December 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City
Council, Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution 2012 -84 and made a
motion for A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA SALA
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA AT 3232 JASPER AVE NW,
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2013. Motion seconded by Council person Ryan.
Ayes: Kehler, Bartels, Ryan, Upton
Nays: Phillips
Absent: None
With four votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2012 -84
APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA SALA LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA AT 3232 JASPER AVE NW, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2013, by
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12TH day of December 2012 and approved by the Mayor.
