DIRECTING TIIE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO
WltEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of the
I3mough of Catte~et, New Jelsey by Carteret to,fish Co,a,mity Center
of the Borough of Cmteret; and
WIIEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that the
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WltEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signilled that the games will be played in
accordance with P, nles 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor aad
Council of the Borough pf Caltelet, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing,.upon proper
presentation of application and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that n celti~ed copy of this Resolution be sent
fmthwith to the Legalized Games of Chauce Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
CERTIFICATION
_ I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Mkldlesex, State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting
held on January 18~ 2001 .
