AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING PART A OF CHAPTER 3 OF ARTICLE III
OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Except as hereinafter provided, that certain
Traffic Code known and designated as the Los Angeles County
Traffic Code as contained in Ordinance No. 6544 of the County
of Los 'Angeles, and including all amendments and supplements
including changes 1 through 57, enacted and in effect on or
before January 27, 1978, is hereby adopted by reference, except
for Chapters VI and X of said Ordinance which are hereby deleted.
SECTION 2. Three copies of said Ordinance No. 6544 of
the County of Los Angeles shall be on file in the Office of
the City Clerk of the City of Temple City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall'.certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February , 1978.
