QUITCLAIM DEED
CITY OF McCALL formerly known as the VILLAGE OF McCALL, a municipal
corporation, of McCall, County of Valley, State of Idaho, hereinafter"Grantor," does release and
forever quitclaim unto CITY OF McCALL, a municipal corporation, whose address is 216 East
Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83686, hereinafter "Grantee," and to its successors and assigns, all
right,title and interest which Grantor now has or may hereafter acquire in the following described
real property situated in Valley County, State of Idaho, to-wit:
See Attached Schedule A.
The purpose of this deed is to combine lots pursuant to that Certain
Record of Survey No. 452661.
TOGETHER WITH ALL WATER RIGHTS IN ANYWISE
APPERTAINING TO THE PROPERTY HEREINABOVE
DESCRIBED, AND any and all appurtenances, tenements,
hereditaments, reversions, remainders, easements, and rights-of-
way anywise appertaining to the property hereinabove described.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto Grantee, and to it successors and assigns forever.

Union Pacific Railroad, a found 30 lb. rail; thence, along said Right-of-Way,

feet, through a central angle of 17°29'19", and a chord bearing and distance of
S.41°0602"W., 886.30 feet; thence tangent from said curve,
