HomeMy Public PortalAbout038-1988- FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF ALL ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE CITYORDINANCE NO. 38-1988 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF ALL ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, I.C. 36-4-7-1 et. seq. provides for the fixing of annual compensation of elected City Officers. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1989 and ending December 31, 1989, the following elected officials of the City of Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following compensation; including compensation received from Richmond Power & Light. Mayor 40,250.00 City Clerk 18,055.00 Clerk R.P.&L.
