2046.12 feet along the said centerline from another point thereon

CONTAINING an area of 2,705,544.481 square feet or 62.111 acres.
EXCEPTING THEREOUT AND THEREFROM the right, liberty and privilege
of using as and for highway purposes the following described
parcel of land:
ALL THAT PARCEL of land situate in the City of Richmond, County
of Wayne, State of Indiana, being a part of the East half of
Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 1 West, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of Hawkins Road, said
point being distant 30 feet Eastwardly and at right angles from
the 3outhwardly prolongation of the West line of Lot 241, Morton
Lake 2ad Addition to the City of Richmond as recorded in Plat
Book 5, Page 71, Wayne County Recorder's Office, Richmond,
Indiana; thence South 0 degrees 53 minutes West, along the
Easterly right-of-way line of North 20th Street, 320.54 feet to a
point on the Northwesterly line of land which has been conveyed
to Consolidated Rail Corporation by The Philadelphia, Baltimore
and Washington Railroad Company; thence Southwestwardly,,along
said Northwesterly line of land, the distance of 185 feet, more
or less, to a point in the Westerly right-of-way line of said
North 20th Street; the following three courses and distances
being along said Westerly right-of-way line; thence North 10
degrees 19 minutes East, the distance of 110 feet, more br less,
to a point; thence North 0 degrees 53 minutes East 200.00 feet;
thence North 44 degrees 55 minutes West 20.92 feet to the South
line of Hawkins Road; thence North 52 degrees 46 minutes East,
along said line of Hawkins Road, 171.62 feet to the point of
beginning. ,
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the easement reservations retained by the
Grantor in that certain deed from Penn Central Corporation, a
Pennsylvania corporation, and The Philadelphia, Baltimore and
Washington Railroad Company, a corporation of the States of
Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, dated October 23, 1979, and
recorded November 5, 1979, in Deed Record 406 page 417 in the
records of the Recorder of Wayne County, Indiana, to the Grantor
herein.

All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of
Wayne, County of Wayne and State of Indiana, being a part of the
northeast and Northwest Quarters of Section Thirty-four (34), Township
fourteen (14) North, Range one (1) West, bounded and described
according to a plat of survey prepared by Philip Thornburg, Registered
Indiana Land Surveyor No. 4555, dated March 18, 1981, revised May 11,
1981, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the south line of a sixty-two and one
hundred eleven thousandths (62.111) acre tract of land owned by
the Glazer Scrap Corporation as described in Deed Record 406,
Page 517 in the Recorder's Office, Wayne County, Indiana, said
point being described as follows:
COMMENCING at an iron rod at the northeast corner of the north-
east quarter of said section thirty-four (34) and running thence
south fifty-one and sixty-two hundredths (51.62) feet; thence
west twenty-five (25.00) feet to the west right-of-way of the
Elks Country Club Road; thence south, along the west right-of-way
of said road, one hundred ten (110) feet; thence south sixty-nine
(69) degrees twenty-eight (28) minutes and forty-four (44)
seconds west, fifty-eight and forty-four hundredths (58.44) feet
to a point of curve; thence sixty-three and twenty-four
hundredths (63.24) feet along a curve to the right, said curve
having a radius of eight hundred fifty-nine and forty-five
hundredths (859.45) feet and a central angle of four (4) degrees

to a point, nine (9) feet north (measured at a right angle) from
the centerline of track D-6; thence north sixty --six (66) degrees

(1,328.51) feet to the place -of beginning.
CONTAINING an area of ninety-five thousand, eight hundred
ninety-two and seventy-six hundredths (95,892.76) square feet or
two and two hundred one thousandths (2.201) acres.
BEING a portion of the same premises which John C. Kohl, as
Trustee of the Property of The Philadelphia, Baltimore and
Washington Railroad Company, Debtor, by Conveyance Document No.
PB&W-CRC-RP-53, dated March 29, 1976 and recorded on October 25,
1978 in the Recorder's Office of Wayne County, Indiana in Record
400, page 374 & c., granted and conveyed unto Consolidated Rail
Corporation.
TRACT ITT.:
ALL THAT PORTION of the right of way of railroad of Consolidated Rail
Corporation, (formerly Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington Railroad
Company, known as the Main Line Columbus to Indianapolis and identified
as Line Code 8206 in the records of the United States Railway Associa-
tion), including land, tracks, all appurtenances and any other improve-
ments thereon erected, situate in the City of. Richmond, County of Wayne
and State of Indiana, lying north of the following described line:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of Elks Country Club Road, said
point being distant 30 feet measured at right angles North of the center
line of an existing track, said track being the Grantor's former West
bound main track, now the Norfolk and Western's Main Track; thence in a
general westerly direction 30 feet North of parallel and concentric with
said center line of Main Track to a point on the center line of 19th
Street, all as indicated by "PS" on Grantor's Case Plan No. 67328, which
sheet is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit A.
CONTAINING 42.21 acres, more or less.
