A SPECIAL ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE NEWSPAPER IN WHICH
THE CITY OF RICHMOND SHALL PUBLISH NOTICES
WHEREAS I.C. 5-3-1-4 requires a political subdivision to designate the newspaper in
which it shall publish notices required under I.C. 5-3-1; and
WHEREAS the Palladium Item, located at 1175 North A Street Richmond, Indiana is
published in the City of Richmond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED THAT the Palladium Item, located at
1175 North A Street Richmond, Indiana shall be the newspaper in which the City of
Richmond shall publish all notices uired under I.C. 5-3-1.
Passed and adopted this ZL day of 1997, b the Common Council of
the City of Richmond, Indiana.
