GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
This addendum AMENDS THAT CERTAIN Geographic Information System Interlocal
Agreement (the "GIS Agreement") dated November 5, 2001, and entered into by and among the
Board of Public Works and Safety of Richmond, Indiana ("City"), the Board of Directors for the
Richmond Sanitary District, Richmond, Indiana ("Sanitary District"), the Board of
Commissioners of Wayne County, Indiana ("County") and the Board of Directors of the
Economic Development Corporation of Wayne County, Indiana ("EDC") as follows:
A. Recitals
1. The undersigned parties are the original signatories to the GIS Agreement.
2. Among other provisions set forth therein, rhetorical paragraph 42 of the GIS
Agreement requires the annual contribution of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) (the "Annual Maintenance Obligation") by each of the four parties
to the GIS Agreement.
3. The parties to the GIS Agreement desire to amend the agreement in the particulars
that follow.
B. Terms of Addendum
1. In calendar year 2014 only, (unless later amended) the provisions of rhetorical
paragraph 42 of the GIS Agreement shall provide for an Annual Maintenance
Obligation from each participant in thKsum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($3 0,000.00).
2. Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and provisions of the GIS
Agreement, and all prior addenda thereto or amendments thereof, shall remain
fully effective and operative notwithstanding the execution of this Addendum.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Addendum to the GIS Agreement to
be effective as of January 01, 2014.
