Arnold Erdman and. Russell Bouley, Jr. present.
The minutes of the meetingsof November 18, 1968 and January 21, 1969 were read.
Moved by Tom Stevens that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Ted Lockwood
Motion carried.
Tom Stevens brought up the matter of a long ranee program for improving the
roads. Discussion followed.
Anne Dorweiler read a, letter from Gubbins and Smith with regard to two acres
sold in the middle of twenty acre plat - can't be done.
Letter from Gubbins and Smith with regard to subdivision established before
subdivision ordinance - Can get permits for buildings as is.
Letter from Gubbins and Smith with regard to platting - White is all open.
Discussion with regard to up -dating the code book.
Proved by Ted Lockwood that the meeting adjourn.
