Dear Council Member:
This ordinance relates to the rezoning request located at 609 Northwest "L" Street from R-2 One
Family Residence District to C-2 Commercial District.
The ordinance should be referred to Plan Commision for public hearing at its meeting on February
25, 1997
The ordinance should be back to Council for second reading on March 3, 1997.

A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 609
NORTHWEST "L" STREET
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate located at 609 Northwest "L"
Street as R-2 One Family Residence District; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-2 Commercial
District;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate located at 609 Northwest "L" Street
is hereby designated C-2 Commercial District.
