The City of Tybee Island authorizes Erik Olsen P.E., Olsen Associates, Inc., to act as the City's agent for the
acquisition of permits for the Post -Matthew, North Beach Dune Remediation Project(2017).

Diane As we discussed yesterday, our Contract expires in Apri1,2017 but can be extended with the mutual consent of
both parties. This correspondence is can be considered to be our "Consent to Extend".Action will be required on the
part of the City Comm. In the interim we will provide you one or more Task Orders for purposes of facilitating a FEMA
subsidized N. Beach Dune remediation project based upon the impacts last year of H Matthew. Pursuant to the meeting
yesterday with FEMA, the "engineered" proj is eligible for a FEMA P.W. and 75% cost sharing. Accordingly you might
want to investigate the availability of the State contributing to the remaining 25%. As authorized verbally, we are
moving on facilitating FEMA's immediate needs for documentation. ERIK
PS Beginning yesterday, all professional services are eligible for cost sharing by FEMA and should be cataloged in your
accounting system accordingly...
