THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE No. 28
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-519,
et. seq. as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1. The following described land, to wit:
That part 8~ the E~, SE\,Section 25s,R1E lying North
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Right-of-way, Sedgwick
County, Kansas
is hereby annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick
County, Kansas in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et. seq. as amended.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
