ORDINANCE NO. 78 -472
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING SECTIONS 9205 AND 9252
OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1, Sections 9205 and 9252 of the Temple City
Zoning Code are hereby amended to provide fees for Planning
Department services; such fees shall be prescribed by
resolution adopted from time to time,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January , 1979.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 78 -472, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Temple City held on the 19th day of
December, 1978, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by
said Council, - approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council
held on.the 2nd day of January, 1979, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen-Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen-None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
