6 Change order for water fountain at Memorial Park restrooms. We originally planned to use a
water fountain and bottle filler that had electrical components. Due to flood rules we needed to
change models. This change order represents a shipping and restocking fee less the difference
in cost of the new units. Budget Line Item Number: 320-6210-54-1310
