AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ESTABLISHING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R -1 TO
RPD AND APPROVING A PROVISIONS PLAN THERETO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City finds
that an application has been filed to rezone property located at
9809 -9821 Lower Azusa Road from R -1 to RPD; that an Environmental
Impact Report has been filed thereon; that a hearing was held
thereon and no objections or protests were made or filed.
SECTION 2. Said Environmental Impact Report is approved and
the following findings made: that the Environmental Impact Report
is correct and adequate; that the RPD Zone is consistent with the
General Plan; that the size, shape and traffic circulation are
adequate.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, said rezoning is approved and the
provisional plan marked Exhibits "A ", "B ", AND "C" are merged into
said zone.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 5th day of June, 1979.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 79 -475, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City, held on the 15th day of May, 1979, and
was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of June, 1979 by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, illanders, Merritt,- Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen - Dennis
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
