PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING FEBRUARY 19,1962
Meeting called to order at 8 PM.
Members preemt Kenneth Fortin, Gerald Dykhoff and Ella Christensen.
Kenneth Fortin reported that Archie Carter the village engieeer recommends
that all final plats be presented to the planning commission before
final approval is made by the Council. Motion by Ella Christensen
that the planning commission recommend to the village council that all
final plats be submitted to the planning commission for approval before being
acted on by the council, either by signinggis the plat or stating objections
in writing. Second by Gerald Dykhoff, motioned carried. Louis Haas appeared
requesting information and advice on the platting of his properyy lodatid in
Section one.
Mrs Christensen reported on the West Hennepin Joint planning commission meeting,
she had a copy of proposed platting code which the Joint planning commission
will recomend be adopted by the member villages. The code is being compared
with MedinO s code to determine if there are many vareations.
