ITEM #4: Discussion of text amendment to establish a dwelling density for attached dwellings in non-residential
districts.
ITEM #5: Discussion of text amendment to create sandwich board alternative for parcels with outdoor seating in
the public right of way.
ITEM #6: Discussion of text amendment to prohibit neon in the historic overlay district rather than the central
commercial zoning district.

definitions, and consider consolidating districts

Amend residential project review steps to remove Parks and Recreation Board recommendation on
