Home My Public Portal About059-1988- ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY MAKING TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO CHAP 76ORDINANCE NO. 59-1988 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA MAKING TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 76: TRAFFIC SCHEDULES OF THE THE RICHMOND CITY CODE NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana that the following amendments be made to Chapter 76: Traffic Schedules of the Richmond City Code: 1. By amending Schedule I (A) Sneed Limits by changing: Sim Hodgin from Southwest 1st Street 20 m.p.h. 1781-1960 Parkway to Southwest G Street to: Whitewater From Southwest 1st Street 20 m.p.h. 1781-1960 Boulevard 2. By deleting from Schedule Il: One -Way Streets and Alleys (A) One -Way Streets the listing for Southwest list Street as that portion is on longer a street. 3. By amending Schedule II: One -Way Streets and Alleys (A) One -Way Streets as follows: a. Changing: South B Street from South 5th Street West 88-1979 to South 16 Street to: South B Street from South 6th Street West 88-1979 to South 16 Street (As a note, South B Street shall be two-way in the block between South 5th and South 6th Streets.) b. Changing: Railroad Street from North 19th Street West 88-1979 to North 181h Street to: Railroad Street from North 19th Street Two -Way 88-1979 to North 18th Street 4. By amending Schedule III: Through Streets by a. Changing: Sim Hodgin from Main Street to South- 1781-1960 Parkway west G Street to: Whitewater from Main Street to South- 1781-1960 Boulevard west G Street. b. Changing: Walnut from North J Street to 1781-1960 Morton Lake to: Walnut from North J Street to 1781-1960 Dead End.
