The Rowe's as well as Corey have attempted to find a cost effective metal replacement stair to no avail. As no cost effective replacement has been located at this time - and project completion is rapidly approaching, I've agreed to write off on the stair at this time. If a cost effective replacement is located in the very near future, however, I would certainly recommend this as the most optimum approach. Written communication from you that the construction of the stairs will not cause any encroachment into the required 20 -foot front setback and the required 10 -foot side setback. 3.
