Monday evening, February 19, 1968 at 8:10 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairipan
Robert Roehl, Everett Thies, Anne Dorweiler, Gerald
Dykhoff and Tom Stevens present.
Moved by Everett Thies to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the
meeting of January 15th as there was no subject of importance acted upon.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
Public Hearing with regard to rezoning the following described property owned
by Mathias Leuer: Lot No. 8, Auditors Subdivision Number 241, containing
22.32 acres, located in Medina Village, County of. Hennepin, Minnesota.
Moved by 'Everett Thies to recommend to the Council to rezone the Mathias
Leuer property from C2 to M1.
Seconded by Gerald Dykhoff.
Motion carried.
Discussed building permit fee rate. Clerk is to call Orono, Plymouth and
Golden Valley to get similar information frorq them.
Anne Dorweiler explained the changes proposed for the names of streets in
the Independence Beach area.
Talked about Village parks and acquiring land for same.
Moved b, Tom, Stevens that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Everett Thies.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P. M.
