A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION FOR THE PRINTING
SERVICES FOR THE CITY NEWSLETTER (LNP)
WHEREAS, on August of 2019, the City of Lynwood entered into a one (1) year
extension of the printing contract with Queen Beach Printers; and
WHEREAS, this contract between the City of Lynwood and Queen Beach Printers
expired on June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Queen Beach Printers wish to extend the term of the
printing contract for the period August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021, at a not to exceed amount
of $42,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood approves a one (1) year extension
for the printing services contract with Queen Beach Printers for the period August 1, 2020
to July 31, 2021, at a not to exceed amount of $42,000.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the Mayor or her designee
to execute the contract amendment on a form to be approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and hereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
