SUBJECT: Reconstruct Taxiway D and Rehabilitate Runway 16-34 Punch List Items:
Transmitted herewith are the following items including but not limited to:
Grout abandoned Tiedowns Completed
Place 10’ of rotomillings 12” deep over geotextile fabric around all sides of the sign foundation.
Install Reflectors.
Provide P-209 survey data.
Run and submit profilographs for Taxiway D. Completed
Provide all Taxiway D Survey data with certifications.
Broom all pavement surfaces.
Pick and remove all rocks over 2.0” in the topsoil areas.
Grade and roll all millings shoulders to have the 1.5” drop.
Complete Seeding (To be completed between October 1st and October 30th)
Remove lath.
Runway 16-34 Permanent Markings.
Conduct the friction test at 60 mph at Runway 16-34.
Taxiway D Temporary Markings.
Taxiway D Permanent Markings. (To be completed at least 30 days after temporary markings)
Apply water at Taxiway D to identify potential ponding. Completed
Fix ponding areas at sta. 9+70 OFF 80’ (L) and 10+55 OFF 110 (R) Will need to revisit in a year. Additional repairs may be required.
Sweep/clean the entire project area prior to opening.
De-mobilize all equipment.
Grade gravel area used for asphalt transfer pad, pick up big rocks. Pick up rocks over 3.0”.
Sweep in front of hangars 205, 207, and 208 (asphalt in front of hangars) at Taxiway E.
Clean-out truck tire marks along staging are used for parking paving trucks.
Clean staging area.
Clean out truck tires markings at the staging area.
Remove Barricades
