WEEKLY CONSTRUCTION MEETING MINUTES

1. Discuss Past Week’s Work
a. Granite Excavation – Continue working P-209, edge drain excavation, and installation.
b. Others? –
2. Discuss This Week’s Work
a. Granite – Finished compaction, grading, and survey verification of P-209, sign pads,
and P-401.
Test Strip #1 from 8-3-2022 was rejected due to low mat and joint density results.
Parallel Taxiway A will be closed from A1 to A2 from 6:00 AM to Noon.

3. Discuss Next Week’s Work
a. Granite – Complete topsoil, sign installation (Signs will need to be covered until
Taxiway D is open), and reflector installation.
4. Project Schedule
a. Updated Schedule – Test Strip #2 will be done on 8-4-2022, the bottom lift will occur
on 8-5-2022 and the top lift will occur on 8-6-2022. Final markings of the runway and
temporary markings of Taxiway D will occur on 8-15-2022. Taxiway D will open on 8-
16-2022.
5. Safety and Security
a. No issues noticed. Continue keeping access area to site clean.
6. Submittals
a. Survey qualification, P-209 survey verification
7. Other Notes or Information:
a. QC/QA testing – Allwest onsite to test P-401, Topsoil is been placed but we still need to do
the density of P-152.
b. Certified Payroll – Still need certified payroll for subs.
c. Survey – N/A. P-401 survey verification will occur on 8-8-2022.
d. Pay App – Pay Application #1 approved.
New Action Items
1. Test Strip #2
2. P-152 out of pavement area needs to be completed.
