Home My Public Portal About070-1988- AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE 37-1987CN:IIel1�I11 0 1 * ::a AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE NO.37-1987 (1988 SALARY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1988 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1988). WHEREAS, Amended Ordinance No. 37-1987 established the various positions and salaries for the officers and employees of the City of Richmond; and, WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the positions and salaries as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 37-1987; and, WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reflect the job position and salary changes for the Park Department as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 37-1987; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana: SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1988 and ending December 31, 1988 that the following positions be deleted from Amended Ordinance No. 37- 1987: Park Department District Leader LOT III $ 15,423 Promenade Maintenance Laborer LTC IV 14,222. SECTION 2. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1988 and ending December 31, 1988 that the following appointed officers and employees of the Park Department shall receive the following salaries for their positions: Park Department Recreation Coordinator PAT IV $15,423. Community Resources Coordinator PAT IV 14,222. Special Facilities Laborer(314 time - Non Reverting Budget) LCT IV 10,667.
