Home My Public Portal About071-1988-AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE 39-1988AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE NO.39-1988 (1989 SALARY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1989 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989). WHEREAS, Amended Ordinance No. 39-1988 established the various positions and salaries for the officers and employees of the City of Richmond; and, WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the positions and salaries as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 39-1988; and, WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reflect the job position and salary changes for the Park Department as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 39-1988; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana: SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1989 and ending December 31, 1989 that the following positions be deleted from Amended Ordinance No. 39- 1988: Park Department Assistant Florist (2) LTC V $13 ,118 . R.S.V.P. Office Manager COMOT III 11,138. District Leader LCT III 15,423 Promenade Maintenance Laborer LTC IV 14,222. SECTION 2. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1989 and ending December 31, 1989 that the following appointed officers and employees of the Park Department shall receive the following salaries for their positions: Park Department Assistant Florist (2) LTC IV $14,222. Senior Citizens Center Office Manager COMOT II 11,468. Recreation Coordinator PAT IV 15,423. Community Resources Coordinator PAT IV 14,222. Special Facilities Laborer(3/4 time - Non Reverting Budget) LCT IV 10,667.
