ORDINANCE NO. 79 -479
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
EXTENDING INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. 79 -476
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to provisions of Section 65858 of the
Government Code of the State of California, and following a public
hearing held with respect thereto in the manner provided by law,
Ordinance No. 79 -476, relating to an interim ordinance imposing a
moratorium on new uses related to, and on building and occupancy
permits for condominium conversions pending Planning Conmaission
studies with respect thereto, is hereby extended from its present
expiration date to and including the 12th day of October, 1979.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance as an urgency
ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same
to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed:, published and circulated in the City of Temple
City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1979.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 79 -479, was introduced as an urgency Ordinance at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the
21st day of August, 1979, and was duly passed, approved and adopted
by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen Atkins, Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell, Dennis
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -lone
