The applicant is seeking input and direction from the Village Board regarding a revised concept plan
for the proposed Vista Pointe, located in the vicinity of Ridge Road and Walker Road. The project
was annexed in 2005. The applicant is proposing a modified concept plan to address a series of changes that have occurred since the initial approval.
