The Town Board of the Town of Fraser met in regular session at
Clayton's Cafe at 8 :15 P.M. on January 3, 1966 with the following
members present: Mayor Clayton, Clerk Emal; Councilmen Bob Morrow,
Cary Morrow, Ernie Johnson, and Fred Laman. Absent were councilmen
Everett Tucker and Bob Florquist.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.'
The following bills were presented for payment, and the clerk
instructed to draw warrants for same:
Mountain Parks Electric $87.64
Mtn. States Tel. Tel, 9.30
Colorado Municipal League 30.00
Razzano and Adams 185.00
State Compensation Ins. Fund 119.00
Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried that the bills
be duly paid.
On motion, it was decided to reimburse Clayton's Cafe $25.00 from
the Picnic fund for Christmas treats for the town children.
Clerk showed the bank balance to be $4,113.92.
Mr. Imhoff and Ken McLoughlin were present with further discussion
on the formation of a sewer district for the Town of Fraser. After
discussion, an agreement was entered into with Wright McLaughlin
to apply for a federal planning grant to finance an engineering
estimate for a sewer district.
There biking no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
10:00 P.M.
