POSITIONS FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY DISTRICT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1989 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989 AS
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SANITARY COMMISSIONERS.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4-1988 was adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners on
June 28, 1988 and;
WHEREAS, it has now been determined by the Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary
District that an increase in the personnel is now necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Richmond desires to ratify Resolution No. 12-
1988 into Ordinance No. 43-1988:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common council of the City of Richmond, Indiana
that:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 12-1988 adopted by the Board of Commissioners for the
Richmond Sanitary District on November 8, 1988, is hereby adopted by
reference, ratified, and incorporated into this ordinance as supplementing the
salary ordinance for the Richmond Sanitary District being Ordinance No. 43-
1988.

RESOLUTION NO. 12 - 1988
WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to amend Resolution No. 4 - 1988
adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary District of
Richmond, Indiana, on June 28, 1988 for the calendar year of 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of
the Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, that Resolution No. 4 - 1988 for
the calendar year of 1989, beginning January 1, 1989 and ending December 31,
1989, shall be amended as follows because of the following new positions:
DELETE: Laboratory

ADD: Laboratory
