Kristi Wildung presented information regarding phase 1 and phase 2 of the water project.
Motion by James second by Van Heiden to accept the proposal from Central Iowa Rural Water for the city water project. All ayes, carried.
Following the special meeting a town meeting was held to answer questions regarding the project. The meeting was attending by 41 citizens.
Motion to adjourn Nielsen second Van Heiden. All ayes, carried.
