PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEPdEAS, The following property listed below
applied for Tax-Exempt status under the provisions
for a total disabled veteran status in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30 et seq., and
WHEREAS, The Tax Assessor reviewed and approved
the application for the 2002 tax year, and
WHEREAS, The Tax Collector is recommending that
additional 2002 be cancelled accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex
,State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector can~el the
additional 2002 taxes, part of a previous approved -
Resolution No. 02-353, adopted October 17, 2002 in -
accordance with the following schedule.
