ORDINANCE NO. 79 -482
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
EXTENDING INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. 79 -476
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to provisions of Section 65858 of the
Government Code of the State of California, and following a
public hearing held with respect thereto in the manner provided
by law, Ordinance No. 79 -476, relating to an interim ordinance
imposing a moratorium on new uses related to, and on building
and occupancy permits for condominium conversions pending Plan-
ning Commission studies with respect thereto, is hereby extended
from its present expiration date to and including the 16th day
of November, 1979.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance as an
urgency ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in the City of Temple City.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 79 -482, was intro-
duced as an urgency Ordinance at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the 2nd day
of October, 1979, and was duly passed, approved and adopted
by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk by the following vote of the Council:
