FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT dated the It day of December, 2016, is in reference to the
agreement for Debris Removal Disaster Recovery Services for disposal of disaster debris on
private roads and rights of way, resulting from Request For Proposal Number 2016-688 (the
"Agreement"), entered into as of the 5th day of December, 2016, by and between PHILLIPS &
JORDAN, INC. (the "Company"), and THE CITY OF TYBEE ISLAND (the "City").
The Agreement is amended as follows:
The SPECIAL STIPULATION attached to the Agreement for the Company NOT TO EXCEED
$80,000.00 is hereby changed to NOT TO EXCEED $180,000.00.
Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement is unaffected and shall continue in
full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Company and the City have caused these presents to be
duly signed, sealed and delivered on the day, month and year first above written.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT dated the f day of December, 2016, is in reference to the
agreement for Hurricane Matthew Debris Recovery Services for Debris Collection, Removal and
Disposal of White Goods on Public Rights of Way and Public Areas, resulting from Request For
Proposal Number 2016-689 (the "Agreement"), entered into as of the 5th day of December, 2016,
by and between PHILLIPS & JORDAN, INC. (the "Company"), and THE CITY OF TYBEE
ISLAND (the "City").
The Agreement is amended as follows:
The SPECIAL STIPULATION attached to the Agreement for the Company NOT TO EXCEED
$10,000.00 is hereby changed to NOT TO EXCEED $120,000.00.
Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement is unaffected and shall continue in
full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT dated the X day of December, 2016, is in reference to the
agreement for Hurricane Matthew Debris Removal, Collection and Disposal of Tree Stumps on
Public Rights of Way, Improved Public Property and Areas, resulting from Request For Proposal
Number 2016-687 (the "Agreement"), entered into as of the 5th day of December, 2016, by and
between PHILLIPS & JORDAN, INC. (the "Company"), and THE CITY OF TYBEE ISLAND
(the "City").
The Agreement is amended as follows:
The SPECIAL STIPULATION attached to the Agreement for the Company NOT TO EXCEED
$40,000.00 is hereby changed to NOT TO EXCEED $85,000.00.
Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement is unaffected and shall continue in
full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
